Along with a redesigned website, miBUG is piloting a tool for tracking frequently-asked questions. We're using an open source tool called "phpMyFAQ" to ask and answer questions about Blackboard®. Some of the features include:

• Smart Answering - when a user submits a new question, the FAQ will automatically try to answer it by doing a search of all existing FAQs.
• Feeds Everywhere! - the system provides RSS for the most popular, latest and "sticky" FAQs.
• Ability to Export - now you can save FAQs as PDF, XHTML or XML.
